 # grub-install /dev/sda
 # update-grub
で
  Warning: os-prober will not be executed to detect other bootable partitions
と出て、マルチブートできない。
 # apt install os-prober
/etc/default/grubに

 GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false
を追加して、
 # grub-install /dev/sda
 # update-grub
で解決。
